You will receive workouts titled with type of workout whether it's gym, home or outdoor. The workouts are written with suggested weight amounts, repetitions and the order in which they should be performed. In addition there are photo and written explanations for most exercises. You can save the PDF on your phone to take with you to the gym or print out before you go.
